Founded by Amanda Azzopardi, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber, the brand helps businesses create calmer, more reliable and more efficient patient journeys through intelligent systems, automation and operational structure.
The Story Behind the Systems
I didn't start with automation. I started with a problem.
Before AA-Automation became a business, Amanda was running systems inside her own regulated aesthetics clinic.
Like many clinic owners, she understood that the challenge was not simply attracting patients. The real challenge was what happened after someone made an enquiry.
Leads could arrive through different channels. Follow-ups could become inconsistent. Calls could be missed while the team was treating patients. Reminders needed to be sent, and too many processes depended on people remembering to do the next thing.
